Prices
All prices include danish VAT @ 25% except in the case, where you have ticked the export outside EU field, in which case the total to pay field will be without VAT.
We attempt to keep the danish crown prices stable at least within each quarter. In case of exchange rate fluctuations however, the other currency prices may vary accordingly.
The total-to-pay amount at the end of the order form includes everything, also Postage and Packaging in case you chose to have manual etc. sent - no hidden extras.
For delivery outside the EU, we do not need to charge the danish VAT. However, in case of snail-mail delivery, you may get taxed by you local customs or tax authorities.
Delivery schedule
As default, delivery will be electronic (download), which is both fast, easy and reliable. In case you at some point need to reinstall, you will be able to redownload, which will be the latest upgrade. Manuals are available in PDF format for download.
In case you still want to be able to reinstall without need to access our website, you can store the installation file locally on an USB stick, a CDROM or external drive.
When we have received payment we will forward en email, normally within one day, with installation instructions and license codes. If you choose bank transfer instead of card payment, this will normally take a few days to process.
You can have a printed manual and CDROM as an optional and paid extra.
Some of our products are available as downloads from this website in a limited version which may later be changed to a registered version, just by entering a registration key. This may in cases reduce the email delivery to the registration info and manual and invoice files.
Money-back guarantee
You have 2 weeks after purchase to change your mind and return the software. In case of snailmail (hard) delivery, you must send back both printed stuff and disks. In all cases, also by electronic delivery, you must contact us for sending you a form, which you must fill in, sign personally, and send back to us by ordinary mail, stating, that the purchased software has all been deleted.
We accept credit card payment:
We need payment in advance.You can conveniently pay by Eurocard, MasterCard or Visa or the danish Dankort using the online payment.
If you don't want to use card payment, you may choose bank transfer. As opposed to the immidiate card payment, this will take more time. You will need to order the transfer from your bank yourself, and we will need to wait for the transfer to complete. Bank transfer payment must be in danish currency, and please make sure, that any bank charges are paid by yourself. To select this option, please click the bank-transfer order button on the order form. You will then receive an invoice by email, from which you can order the bank transfer.
Privacy policy
Your personal details will not be disclosed to third parties. They are collected only for reference in case of support and to inform you of new products from Electric Ephemeris. We respect your privacy, so if you do not want any promotional emails from us, you may tick this off.
Credit card security
Your card details will be encrypted by the SSL standard, making them absolutely safe from outside inspection. We do not even see them ourselves! It goes directly to the clearing bank.
