The forecaster report for Argus interprets the unique Argus dynamic aspects and will list the approximate start end end date together with a short interpretation of each transit.

INSTALLATION FROM INTERNET OR EMAILED VERSION

• Save the downloaded file FORECAST.EXE in a temporary folder (e.g. c:\temp)
• Doubleclick the saved FORECAST.EXE (From Windows Explorer, My Computer or START|RUN)
• This will (silently) unpack the FORECAST.EXE into the fileset needed for the installation.
• Start ARGUS, and click INTERPRETATIONS
• Click SETUP
• In the Interpretations Text Setup menu, click INSTALL
• In the file-menu, find the temporay folder as chosen above (c:\temp)
• Doubleclick the file TXT.DEF - copying will now start
• When the copying is finished, the name "Forecaster" will appear in the setup menu
• In the setup-menu, cklick OK
• After checking, that the interpretation is working properly, you may delete the temporary files.

INSTALLATION FROM CDROM OR DISKETTES

• Make sure, that you have PCA ARGUS installed on your computer.
• Check that your ARGUS is revision 23 or later (look in HELP | INFO).
• Insert the ARGUS CD-ROM
• If the CD opens with the ARGUS install program, close this
• In Argus, Click INTERPRETATIONS
• Click SETUP
• In the setup window, click INSTALL
• In the file menu, select the CD-ROM drive
• In the file menu, double click folders ENGLISH - ACCESSORIES - FORECAST
• In the file menu, doubleclick the TXT.DEF file
• When ready, you will see the name "Forecaster" appear in the setup window
• Click OK
  

Hereafter, you will see the Forecaster as an option in your interpretations pulldown. If your Argus is registered (not a demo), then the first time you click Cosmic Mirror, you will be prompted for a password. You get the password, when purchasing the Character Profile interpretation. If installed as a demo, Argus will run Cosmic Mirror without password for charts within year 2000.

INTERPRETATION - IN USE

To run the interpretation:

• Enter the birth data into Argus
• Click POSITIONS > RADIX to have the birthchart done
• Enter the starting date for the report (whatever you enter, it will always start in the beginning of the month).
• Click METHODS > GRAPHIC TRANSITS > 1 MONTH TRANSITS (or 1 YEAR TRANSITS)
• This will print the dynamic aspect table, so there will be something to interpret
• Click INTERPRETATIONS > FORECASTER
